Led IT through an acquisition and turned legacy data into live dashboards.
The problem
The company merged with its largest competitor. That meant two IT environments, legacy D3 and NetSuite data, manual reporting, and a workforce that needed to keep selling through the change.
The approach
Keep the lights on first, then consolidate. I prioritized uptime and communication, then moved reporting and collaboration onto shared systems people would actually use.
What I built
SharePoint-based collaboration and communication, ERP integrations, and Python and Power Query ETL pipelines from D3 and NetSuite into live Power BI financial dashboards. I also administered infrastructure across 10+ locations and renegotiated vendor contracts and infrastructure upgrades.
